We were motivated by the unfortunate presence of fake online dispensaries scamming customers. This drove us to establish a reliable platform that ensures accessibility and authenticity. We strongly advocate for the medicinal benefits of cannabis and strive to make these products easily accessible for those who need them. Your well-being matters to us, and our professional and dependable services reflect that commitment.

Regrettably, due to our existing payment processing system, we are unable to make modifications to your cart once payment has been completed. If you wish to include additional products, we kindly ask you to initiate a new order.

Unfortunately, we currently only accept orders placed on our website and deliver through mail order. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you throughout the process.

If your order hasn’t been paid for yet, you can cancel or modify it. Once payment is made, changes might be limited, but don’t hesitate to reach out to us. For security reasons, we mandate that the billing and shipping addresses match. If you need to send to a different location, kindly provide a photo of a government-issued ID for verification purposes. Your cooperation prevents fraud and helps ensures a safe and reliable shopping experience.

After placing your order and completing the payment, we’ll initiate the processing.

Our shipping cut-off time is noon (12:00 PM PST). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day after noon.

We use Xpresspost for all shipments, offering delivery within 2-3 business days to most major cities. Deliveries to rural areas may take a day or so longer. Your well-being matters to us, and we prioritize swift shipment of your orders.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

In case your package doesn’t arrive within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to Canada Post immediately. Shipping delays are beyond our control, and only Canada Post can provide assistance. If your package is lost during transit, we will replace your order without any hesitation.

Please be aware that Canada Bud cannot be held responsible for lost orders resulting from: postal office errors, incorrect customer addresses, postal service damage to orders, expired PO BOX numbers, or theft of packages post-delivery.

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, you must resolve this with Canada Post. We’re unable to address packages marked as delivered.

For customers in Nunavut, lost packages won’t be replaced due to transit issues. Regrettably, these regions often face delivery challenges. Shipments to these areas are at the buyer’s risk.

If this occurs, it’s probably because Canada Post hasn’t updated their system with your tracking number yet. We recommend revisiting their website later for updates.

Your items are meticulously packed for privacy and freshness. Initially, they’re sealed in an odor-resistant mylar bag with a zip lock seal. Next, we place this bag within an additional concealed zip lock pouch for extra discretion. Finally, your order is shipped in a secure bubble mailer. Your privacy is our priority.
